There
shall be only two excuses for missing rehearsals:
1) Illness.
In
the event of illness, contact must be made to the designated instructor, and the band
director. Contact
will be made either by phone call or email (notice be email shall only be
acceptable if it is submitted early enough to receive a response).
2) Pre-excused. On this sheet, members must give any
conflicts that have already been on their schedule. Acceptable conflicts are
found in the manual. Parties, Work, etc.
are NOT acceptable excuses.
