Old business:

  • Spring tour: Everything went well and the students had a great time. There was a mis-calculation on the cost of the fee for students. The fee did not take into consideration the cost of the bus. The talons covered the cost of $2000. It was determined and agreed that all costs must be figured before giving the cost to the students for the following years. Also it was agreed that Spring tour would need to be set up and ready by the first of the year.
  • Spring Fling:   Wrap up
    • Meat: Skip is taking care of arrangements
    • Cafeteria: Carlos is making final arrangements
    • BBQ people arrive @ 4pm  Ozzy, Bob & Joe, runners are needed as well
    • Serving set up @4:30pm
    • Stop serving @6:15  have colorguard and drumline parents help with cleanup so the band parents can watch their students.
  • Senior Dinner

    • Gift for seniors – Cindi
    • Decorations – Liz
    • Set up 5pm
  • Incentives for Board Members
    • It was agreed that there should not be incentives for board members and the issue was dropped.
    • There was a motion to put an incentive plan for students obtaining corporate sponsors on the next meetings agenda.
    • Possible incentives fee will be waved for $1500 sponsorship and ½ the band fee waved for sponsorships $500-$1500
    • The discussion was tabled
  • Uniforms: They have been ordered and will be here for our first competition but not for first few football games so the old uniforms will be used.
