· Financial – Liz Cunningham
o Disbursement of overpayment for uniforms is being taken care of. Most are rolling it over or donating.
o Candy sale is done totals are still coming in.
o $441 for CMEA membership
o $359.52 Conference for
o $214 reimbursement to Kendra for guard props
· Scrip – Jeannie Allen
o February total: $9879
o Students: $202.62
o Talons: $202.62

Business
·
Senior Refund:
o Waiting to hear from 29 students
o Seniors are being contacted
o Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors are being transferred to their accts.

PPAACC April 19th, Cheer Finals
o We have chair people for the following:
§ Hospitality - Rhonda
§ Snack Bar – Lisa Whitans, Debbie Moore
§ BBQ – A couple of men have signed up but we will need shifts.
§ First Aid- Need people
§
Student helpers-Mr.
§ Room & Sound system, Custodians – Mr. Campos
o Program needs to be done and will be very simple. There were no volunteers.

Spring
Tour
o Mr. Campos will get a count on the number of students who will be going on the trip by sending out a flyer to be due the next Friday.
o Costs are dependant on the number of students and are posted on the website.
o Mr. Campos and Jennifer Slaughter will continue to contact the Director of SC Vanguard for a clinic or viewing.
§ UPDATE: Vanguard are happy to have us!

Nominations for new board
o We still need nominations for President and Newsletter
o Angela Genter offered to run for Newsletter
o Formal Nominations will be held at the April Meeting
o Official vote in May
o New Boar takes over in June

New Business
· Freshman Registration: April 14, 15, 16
o We will need parents and students to help talk up the band and recruit new students. Very fun!
· Freshman Orientation: April 1
o Teresa and Cindi will take care of this.
· Spring Fling: May 13
o Vera Crawford will check on meat prices –
o Skip Penner will order tickets
· Senior Dinner : May 20
o

§ Cindi Mundschau ordering the dinner from Olive Garden
o Seniors are free all other $5. This is not a fundraiser just covers the cost of the meal.
· Scholarship Committee: Vera Crawford will chair and needs 3 parents. There will be three $500 scholarships.

Concert
o Festival concert
· Vendors for PPAACC
o Memory Bears, Kettle corn, Darla Stolt - Trinkets.

Drumline:
o We have a new Caption head
o After inspecting the equipment is was assessed that all the drums need new drumheads for a total of $921.10
o A discussion was held questioning how important it was and if we could only replace some of them.
o It was decided that they all needed replacement.
o Mr. Campos will ask the school how much they can pay.
o A motion was made to pay the remaining balance for the drum heads by Leah.
o A second was made by Kendra
o All agreed, motion passed

Vibraphone:
o We still need to purchase the vibraphone. Mr. Campos will get a price and submit it to the treasurer.
